SuiteGrowth is a UK-built dental review platform. It runs on WhatsApp with Anthropic Claude AI sentiment scoring, connects to 21 practice management systems including Dentally and Software of Excellence, and is priced month-to-month with no long-term contract.
Deepcar Dental Care, an independent Sheffield practice, added 183 Google reviews in 30 days on SuiteGrowth while holding a 5.0-star rating, publicly verifiable on Google. It was built and proven inside a leading 12-clinic UK dental group.
Working Feedback is an established review and feedback provider. The comparison below uses publicly available information about both platforms.
Measured. One practice, both platforms, same month.
Thirteen days, or six and a half months
This is not a case study we were handed. It is one UK practice that ran Working Feedback and SuiteGrowth side by side, on the same patient list, pointed at the same Google profile, in the same month. Here is what each one produced.
On Working Feedback
4.2
Google reviews a month
Averaged over the previous forty-three months, as recorded on the practice’s own Working Feedback dashboard.
On SuiteGrowth
28
Google reviews in thirteen days
1 to 13 September 2026. At the previous rate, the same thirteen days would have produced about 1.8.
At the old rate, 28 Google reviews took more than six months.
It took thirteen days.
Same practice. Same patients. Same Google profile. Same month. Both platforms live throughout.
It was not volume
SuiteGrowth sent 962 messages in the fortnight. Working Feedback’s own entry package is published at £79 a month plus VAT for up to 1,000 email feedback requests a month. We worked inside their allowance and produced a different result.
The practice did not send more. It sent differently.
What actually moved
These are the numbers a review platform lives or dies on.
27.6%
of patients who got a message wrote back
232 of the 840 that reached a handset. Not opened. Not clicked. Typed a reply to a real question.
47.9%
of review links sent were opened
58 of 121. A link inside a conversation the patient is already having behaves nothing like a link inside an email.
121 of 232
patients who replied were sent a review link
Not everyone who replies is asked. Every reply was read and scored first, by a screen that runs on what the patient actually wrote.
A feedback request gets ignored. A conversation gets answered. That is the whole difference, and it is the only thing that changed at this practice.
From reply to review
Once a patient answers, this is what happens next. Every step is counted in our production database except the last, which is counted on theirs.
232
patients wrote back
A real reply, typed by the patient, to a real question.
121
were sent a Google review link
Every reply was read and scored first. Not every patient who replies is sent a link.
58
opened it
47.9%. Verified as people, not bot link previews.
28
new Google reviews on the profile
1 to 13 September 2026, on the practice's own Working Feedback dashboard.
Working Feedback’s own reporting shows the profile gaining 28 reviews in thirteen days, against the 4.2 a month it recorded for the previous forty-three. Whatever else is arguable, whose dashboard that sits on is not.
On price
SuiteGrowth is £450 a month. Working Feedback is £79 or £99 plus VAT, plus 0.08p plus VAT per SMS, plus a one-time setup fee. That gap is real and we are not going to argue it away.
The question is not which line item is smaller. It is which one produced 28 reviews this month.
How these numbers were counted
SuiteGrowth went live at the practice on 31 August 2026. The send and reply figures are ours, counted in our production database for 31 August to 13 September 2026, which is fourteen calendar days. The Google review count is theirs, for 1 to 13 September, which is thirteen. The two windows are not identical and we have not pretended otherwise.
The 4.2 a month is the practice’s own forty-three month run rate as recorded on its Working Feedback dashboard. Applied to thirteen days that is about 1.8 reviews, and 28 reviews at that rate is about six and a half months.
Full send counts for the fortnight, including a one-time backlog of the practice’s entire historic Software of Excellence list, contacted once: 968 conversations opened, 962 first messages sent, 122 undeliverable (Meta code 131026 on all 122, that number cannot receive on WhatsApp, counted here rather than dropped from the denominator), 840 reached a handset of which 816 were confirmed delivered or read, 232 replied. Every reply came from the delivered group. A backlog is a one-off: the recurring lane is the patient who was in the chair yesterday.
The 28 was not counted by us. It was read off the practice’s own Working Feedback dashboard, which tracks the Google profile whether or not Working Feedback generated the review. We have not independently enumerated the profile to confirm which platform prompted which review, and both platforms were live throughout.
The sentiment check was exhaustive, not sampled. All 245 replies written by the 121 patients before a review link was sent were read and scored. Of the 232 patients who replied, 121 were sent a link, so not every patient who replies is asked. The screen runs server side on the content of what the patient actually wrote. It is not a star filter on a landing page.
The 58 link opens are people, not fetches. 81 raw hits were recorded, of which 4 were bot link previews, three from Facebook and one from Slack, excluded at the time of writing. The remaining 77 hits came from 58 distinct conversations.
Working Feedback pricing was read from workingfeedback.co.uk/packages on 13 September 2026. Classic £79pm plus VAT, up to 1,000 email feedback requests per month. Feedback Plus £99pm plus VAT, up to 2,000, with SMS charged at 0.08p plus VAT per message. Both state that a one-time setup fee applies.
This is one practice over one fortnight. We have not published a cost per review and we have not independently enumerated the Google profile. The practice is not named here because its Working Feedback account data is its own.
The thing that actually matters
A five-star review nobody can find is worth nothing.
Before a new patient calls your reception, reads your website, or hears a word-of-mouth recommendation, they see your Google rating. It sits in Search, in Google Maps, and increasingly inside the answer an AI assistant gives when someone asks it to recommend a dentist. That is the shop window.
A feedback-wall tool gathers lovely comments and shows them on a page no new patient ever visits. It can feel productive, and it does almost nothing for the decision a stranger makes when they search “dentist near me”. SuiteGrowth is built around the opposite idea: the review only counts when it is on Google.
Same patients. Same message. A very different outcome.
The gap between a Google-first tool and a feedback wall is not marginal. On the data studied, across UK dental practices, it is roughly ten times the reviews that actually reach Google.
Feedback-wall tool
0.9%
of contacted patients end up leaving a review a new patient can find on Google.
At the top, practices do
~10%
of patients leaving a Google review, from the same appointment message, over WhatsApp.
Reviews reaching Google
~100%
versus around 27% of reviews collected through a feedback platform.
Open rates: WhatsApp averages ~98%, email ~22%. Figures are drawn from the practices and platform reporting studied and from published UK review benchmarks; your numbers depend on patient volume and how you ask.

The key differences, in detail
1. Where the review actually lands
This is the difference that decides everything else. Working Feedback's model gathers reviews onto its own platform and star-rating pages first. That builds a testimonial wall you control, but it is a wall strangers do not visit. SuiteGrowth makes your Google Business Profile the default destination, so the review lands where patients search and where Google's ranking rewards you for recency and volume.
In the data studied, only around 27% of reviews collected through a feedback-wall tool ever reach Google. With SuiteGrowth it is close to all of them. Every review that stays on a private wall is a review not working for you in Search.
2. WhatsApp vs email and SMS
A review request that is never opened never converts. WhatsApp open rates average around 98%. Email averages around 22%. SuiteGrowth asks over WhatsApp with a one-tap Google link; Working Feedback leans on email and SMS. On the same patient list, that channel gap is the single biggest reason one practice collects a handful of reviews a month and another collects dozens.
It is not that the patients are different. It is that most of them never saw the email.
3. What happens when a patient is unhappy
SuiteGrowth uses Anthropic Claude AI to score every patient reply on a 1–5 scale and check for 7 safety flags (pain, complaint, anxiety, confusion, booking intent, escalation, balance query). The routing decision is a code branch, not an instruction in the AI prompt.
A patient who raises a problem is not handed an automated review invitation. A person at your practice picks it up instead, which is both the better answer for the patient and your chance to put it right. Feedback filtering exists elsewhere; a gate that runs server-side and routes clinical concerns to a human is the part that is hard to copy, and the part that keeps you the right side of GDC guidance.
4. One platform vs one feature
Working Feedback is primarily a feedback and review collection tool. SuiteGrowth bundles review automation, loyalty (Gold Card), patient re-engagement (lapsed, birthday, aftercare, wellness), campaign management, reputation tracking, and operations tools into one subscription, all running on the same WhatsApp channel and the same Dentally data.
If you only ever want a review collector, either tool can do it. If you want the patient relationship worked end to end, reviews, recalls, reactivations, and referrals from one place, that is a different class of product.
5. Built for UK dental
SuiteGrowth is built specifically for UK dental practices. Bank-holiday handling covers all 4 UK nations, timing is calculated by treatment type, the compliance model is designed around GDC guidance and Google's review policy, and pricing is in GBP with no VAT surprises. Native Dentally sync fires a request within about 60 seconds of a completed appointment, with no exports and no manual work.
What the feedback-wall pitch leaves out
The case for a collect-onto-our-platform tool sounds reasonable until you ask where the reviews go.
“Our review pages give you your own reputation platform.”
The reality: They give you a page no new patient searches for. A stranger choosing a dentist looks at Google, not a vendor's star-rating microsite. A testimonial wall you own is a wall strangers do not visit.
“Email review requests work fine.”
The reality: They are mostly unopened. In the benchmarks studied, email requests convert a fraction of what WhatsApp does, because roughly four in five are never read. The request that is never seen never becomes a review.
“Filtering out unhappy patients protects your rating.”
The reality: Only if it is done safely. A gate that can be bypassed, or that hides genuine clinical concerns instead of routing them to a human, is a compliance risk. SuiteGrowth's gate is server-side and sends clinical or unhappy replies to your team, not into a void.
“Reviews are reviews, it doesn't matter where they sit.”
The reality: It is the whole game. Google reviews drive local ranking, Maps visibility, and the AI answers that now recommend dentists. A review that lands on a private feedback page does none of that, however glowing it is.

Frequently asked questions
What is the main difference between SuiteGrowth and Working Feedback?+
Where the review ends up. Working Feedback is built to collect patient feedback and reviews onto its own platform and star-rating pages. SuiteGrowth is built to put reviews on your Google Business Profile, the place new patients and AI assistants actually read before choosing a dentist. SuiteGrowth also asks over WhatsApp rather than email, scores every reply with AI, and only invites happy patients to review publicly.
Does Working Feedback post reviews to Google?+
Working Feedback can surface a Google review link, but its core model collects feedback onto its own review pages first, which is where it lands by default. SuiteGrowth sends the patient straight to Google as the default destination. That is a difference in where the review ends up, not a difference in effort from the patient.
Why does WhatsApp matter for review requests?+
Because a request that is never opened never converts. WhatsApp messages are opened around 98% of the time, against roughly 22% for email. Working Feedback leans on email and SMS. Ask a happy patient over WhatsApp with a one-tap Google link and the number of reviews you collect each month changes completely.
Is SuiteGrowth compliant with GDC guidance and Google's review policy?+
Yes. SuiteGrowth never incentivises a public review and never posts on a patient's behalf. A reply that is negative or raises a clinical concern is routed to a person at your practice rather than receiving an automated review invitation. That routing runs server-side in code, not as an AI instruction. Nobody is blocked from leaving a review, and nothing is hidden from your team. This is the safety model, and it is the part competitors find hardest to copy.
How many Google reviews will we actually get?+
It depends on patient volume and how you ask. The published figure we have is the one on this page: a Software of Excellence practice recorded 28 new Google reviews in 13 days, against the 4.2 a month its previous platform had recorded over the preceding 43 months. Method, windows and undeliverable messages are all set out below. We have not published an estimate beyond what we have measured.
Do I need Dentally to use SuiteGrowth?+
No. SuiteGrowth connects to 21 practice management systems, including Dentally, Software of Excellence, Open Dental, Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, Eaglesoft, ClearDent, PracticeWorks, SoftDent, Tracker, OrthoTrac, ABELDent, Dolphin Management, DSN Dental, DSN Perio, DentalVision, EndoVision, PerioVision, WinOMS, Mogo and Officemate, with more added on request. Whichever you run, the sync fires a review request within about 60 seconds of a completed appointment, timed by treatment type. Dentally and Software of Excellence are the two we run at scale in UK practices today.
Is there a contract?+
SuiteGrowth is month-to-month at £450/month, with no long-term contract and no per-feature add-ons. Working Feedback pricing and terms are not published, so contact them directly to confirm.
